The Centre for Law and Policy (CLPR) releases its policy brief on reservations for Transgender and Intersex persons on 21st December. No legislation has been enacted on reservations of transgender and intersex persons and there is little clarity on how they would be implemented. CLPR's policy brief addresses this lacuna and proposes the manner of implementation of reservations for transgender and intersex persons.
