When the petition came up for hearing, a counsel appeared on behalf of the petitioner and submitted that the Advocate-on-Record was indisposed. On account of this, the counsel requested the matter to be adjourned to a future date. Taking note of the submission, the Bench directed that the petition be taken up for hearing on November 5. Further, the Bench also directed that notice be served on Respondents 5-7 through special messenger.
