Supreme Court Observer (‘SCO’) is a living archive of the Supreme Court of India. Through our website scobserver.in (‘Website’), we aim to build a non-partisan open-access database of the Supreme Court's contribution to our everyday lives, through daily reporting on selected cases.

This Privacy Policy applies to all users of our Website and attendees of conferences, meetings, and other events held by SCO.

c. If you register for an event, either online or physical, conducted by SCO, we will collect the same information as we do from subscribers, as well as your gender, mobile number, and any other information deemed relevant for the purposes of this event.
