Today, on the first day of the hearing, the court ordered that the copy of the petition filed by Tehseen Poonawalla be served to the Union of India and the Standing Counsels for the States of Karnataka, Gujarat, Jharkhand, Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh and Rajasthan within the next 3 days.
