On June 21st, the Vacation Bench of Deepak Gupta and Surya Kant JJ determined that the issues needed to be heard at length by a regular bench. The Bench extended the June 4th interim order. Accordingly, Cabinet decisions that have financial implications cannot be implemented until the next hearing on July 10th.
