In a brief hearing today, the Bench comprising Chief Justice S.A.Bobde and Justices Sanjiv Khanna and Surya Kant directed the parties to appear before the appropriate Registrar on November 29th 2019 for completion of pleadings. It also directed the State of Maharashta to hand over the translations of certain Marathi documents to the concerned Registrar.
Thereafter, the Bench directed the matter be listed on any of the non-miscellaneous days in the week commencing on January 22nd 2020.
