Resurrecting the constitutional function has the potential to change the way the Supreme Court of India operates

The Supreme Court has announced that specific matters related to transfers of cases and bail will be heard by a single judge bench.

Till date there have been 2187 constitution bench decisions rendered by the Supreme Court.
