SCO tracks the evolution of Article 370 from 1947.

The Supreme Court will decide the extent of the Union’s powers to make laws for Jammu and Kashmir and abrogate Article 370.

On August 5th, Article 370 of the Constitution was abrogated vide a Presidential Order, revoking the special status of Jammu & Kashmir.
